One broadcast suite for audio and video: radio automation and live video production in a single application, sharing one audio engine and one scheduler.
Why it exists
Running an internet station usually means two programs side by side. A radio automation package handles the music library, playlists, auto-DJ, crossfades, scheduled events, jingles and the stream to Icecast or Shoutcast. OBS Studio handles scenes, capture, compositing, hardware encoding and streaming video over RTMP or SRT. Getting the two to cooperate is left to the station.
Lumacast Studio does both. Because the halves share one audio engine and one scheduler, a radio show can go out as video without wiring two programs together, and the schedule can change scenes when it changes segments.

Early development
Version 0.1.0 is the foundation: the build, pinned dependencies and the application shell. The broadcast features are planned, not written yet, and this page will say so until they are. It is being built for Windows.
Lumacast Studio is developed by Novus Technology.
